Voting will take place online from 19 November (08:00 h) to 25 November 2013 (13:00 h)
To access your ballot, go to the following link: http://evote.yorku.ca/
(If your web browser does not open automatically, copy the address above, paste it into the Address box on your browser and press Enter).
You will need your Passport York username and password to sign-in to the EVote system. If you do not have a Passport York username and password, go to the following link: http://www.yorku.ca/computing/facultystaff/accounts/passportyork.html and follow the instructions on how to get a Passport York account.
Once you have successfully logged-in, the first screen will identify the position you are voting for and the voting period. The second screen is the ballot. The ballot will name the candidate(s) who are running for the various positions. You will see 4 ballots in total – one for each position listed below. Select the appropriate candidate. If you wish to change your selection, click the ‘clear ballot’ button. To confirm your selection, click the ‘continue’ button. The EVote system will confirm your ballot has been successfully submitted. This will end your voting session.
Results of the vote will be announced via the YUSA listserv and by inter-campus mail after the voting period 25 November 2013.
