This is the first of a series of YUSA Job Evaluation videos to inform the YUSA membership of the job evaluation process, starting with Significant Change.
Significant Change occurs when there are changes to your position. The best way to determine that is to request the last rated questionnaire for your position, to get a baseline and determine where the changes have occurred in the position. The process can be initiated by the incumbent, the manager, or the incumbent and manager together.
