All Candidates meetings are held to provide YusApuY members an opportunity to hear from and ask questions of the candidates seeking election.

As the All-Candidate meeting is being held virtually, members from both the Keele and Glendon campus can attend the meetings below. The meetings will also be recorded so members can view at a later time. The information will be posted on the YusApuY website after the meeting.

Questions can be asked from the floor, and we also invite members to submit questions by email to yusapuyvoting@gmail.com. Questions are to be directed to the candidate position. No candidate will be given questions in advance, and all email questions will be selected randomly by the election committee at the time of the meeting.

Voting Instructions:

E-voting will be open from:
Nov. 7, 2023 (08:00AM) to Nov 10, 2023 (12:00PM)

An external company called Simply Voting will be handling the voting. All members will be receiving an email containing a Unique User ID and password.

Please ensure you watch for your email to access your E-ballot.

Results of the E-vote will be announced on the YusApuY listserv and website after the voting period closes.
