When working from home it can feel like day is blending into night. Adequate structure is critical to maintaining a healthy work-life balance. This workshop will discuss stress management techniques and practical strategies to help you balance the competing demands of work and home.
We will discuss common scenarios that arise when working from home and problem solve how to navigate them. By the end of the workshop you will leave with tips and tricks for organizing your day, balancing productivity with self-care, and maintaining your sanity.
