On February 11, 2025, YUSA members successfully ratified the tentative agreement with York University. A total of 1,407 members participated in the vote, representing an 86.4% voter turnout. The results showed overwhelming support, with 96.4% (1,356 votes) in favor and 3.6% (51 votes) opposed.
