YUSA Job Evaluation Video Series - Significant Change


This is the first of a series of YUSA Job Evaluation videos to inform the YUSA membership of the job evaluation process, starting with Significant Change. Significant Change occurs when there are changes to your position. The best way to determine that is to request the last rated questionnaire for your position, to get a baseline and determine where the changes have occurred in the position. The Work Smart, Live Smart series will be facilitated by Beverly Beuermann-King, a published resiliency and wellness speaker and strategist. Participants will receive a copy of Beverly’s ebook “Stress Out” and will have the opportunity to engage with Beverly should they choose to do so.
